This house is divided into four levels:
Ground floor:
It consists of a welcoming entrance and a well-lit staircase that was built with the typical Maltese stone, which will connect you to the first floor.
First floor:
This level houses a spacious kitchen that offers all the necessary utensils to cook a nice dinner for two or a family meal.
The strengths of this place?
1) The kitchen has a characteristic balcony that overlooks one of the most picturesque alleys of Birgu. Our guests can expect to find food and some ingredients to prepare an English and European-style breakfast. As well, guests will find a variety of tea options and a coffee machine which makes a high-quality Italian coffè.
2) A few steps from the kitchen, our guests will find the air-conditioned living room, which offers a space for work, a comfortable sofa with two armchairs, and a smart TV. The most exciting thing about this space is probably the typical Maltese balcony which offers an exclusive view of the central square of Birgu. This floor has a service bathroom.
Second floor:
By going upstairs, guests will find two gracious bedrooms.
What do the bedrooms offer?
Both rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
- The double room offers a comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, closet, private fridge, and a typical balcony overlooking a picturesque alley.
- The other bedroom instead offers two single beds and the same features as the first. This room also features the characteristic Maltese balcony overlooking the square.
Just before arriving at the bedrooms, guests will find a smoking room.
Terrace/Rooftop:
Through very original access, it will be possible to get to the terrace which offers breathtaking views.
The terrace consists of two spaces. The first space presents a recently installed pavilion and offers a complete view of the town's main square. Guests can comfortably have breakfast or other meals on the terrace and enjoy the wonderful panorama. The second space can be used as a solarium, where guests can relax and sunbathe. Two Sun loungers will be provided. The latter space may even be used to practise Yoga.
Finally, guests will find an enclosed space with a washing machine and dryer. Moreover, it will be possible to hang clothes outdoors during the summer.
