The staff are awesome. The building is tired and needs investment. I have a soft spot for the place from time in Birmingham in the 90s. It still represents great value.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Disappointed that the rooms were cleaned every third day and was not explained in check in. Breakfast on the last day really poor for £15 each- Items not available from previous days- it was reheated food from previous days buffet.
