Great price, good facilities.

For the price it was everything you would expect. It was clean and plenty of showers / toilets that were all clean. Staff were friendly. Obviously it is a shared dorm and hostel, so people may come and go at all hours of the day and night.

Nice little hostel if on a stop over, I've noticed people stay here long term too. Hard to tell who staff are as they all wear plain clothes and they are not the most attentive, they can leave you at the reception desk for ages, aware you are there but not serving you : (

Great value for money

This is a cheap hostel which is well used and a little shabby .However the staff work hard to provide a good service . Fee WiFi , free breakfast and luggage storage included . Also help yourself beverages is better than many more expensive hotels . Use of kitchen . Close to the Digbeth Coach station and Birmingham City Centre.

Good location and friendly staff

Short stay, supposed to shared with other 3 people but luckily no one was there so like a single room. Very close to coach station, light breakfast and kitchen use provided. Ideal for short-term stay on a budget.

Le point positif de cet hotel est qu’en terme de rapport/qualité/prix, il est imbattable. Cependant, sa localisation reste problématique car il y a trop de bruit surtout quand la boite de nuit ouvre ses portes car cela peut durer toute la journée voir la nuit entière donc bon courage pour ceux qui ne prévoient pas de boules quies. En dehors de ça, le ménage est fait quotidiennement contrairement à ce qu’on peut lire, mais cela dépend bien évidemment des personnes qui y logent. Le petit déjeuné est complet et le staff est super accueillant. Il vous faudra juste accéder à un autre batiment pour pouvoir en profiter! Bon séjour

The street where the hostel is, it is awfull, very dirty and at weekends terribly noise. The hostel is old, and it looks dirty. Cleaning people is nice and they try to do their best, but the hostel needs urgently a deep renovation . Our room of four has the floor broke, and the walls were half printed... People at reception were ok.

Ottima la posizione, frontale alla stazione degli autobus e non distante dal ring centrale. La struttura risente del tempo - ci sono buchi nel muro -, e non ci sono molti confort:: prese elettriche assenti nei bagni e scomode nelle stanze; non c'è lo spazio nemmeno per mettere la valigia (intendo chiusa in piedi); al sono superiore la camera per sole donne può usufruire del bagno ( uno solo comprensivo di WC e doccia); in una stanza di 3 persone ci si sta in 6, stipati. La colazione non era inclusa nel prezzo: avevo a disposizione una scatola in frigorifero dove riporre eventuali cibi. Se intendete usare un piatto o una tazza dovete provvedere a lavare per conto vostro. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile; il deposito bagagli è gratuito.

Totally recommend it !

Very well received by staff and they are very keen to give a sense of belonging. I felt safe throughout and my room partners were so kind. It was a very good first experience as a solo traveller. Most important , it was very cheap and as a student I loved that. Totally recommend it to solo travellers or even friends/couple stays.
