Stayed at the apartment for 5 nights as I was working near by.
From the moment I arrived it went downhill.
Got to the apartment for about 7:45pm and had a check in for 8pm. I waited until 8:30 as no one had turned up to give me the keys.
The person on the phone told me the lady was 10-15 minutes away.
I waited until 9pm and still no one turned up, so I rung again. They then informed me the lady had phoned in sick and they was trying to find someone else to let me in.
A lovely lady turned up (didn’t get her name unfortunately) and had come over from the Birmingham area to let me in. Finally got in about 10:15.
The photos of the place I booked looked different to where I actually stayed but it was late and had a bed so didn’t complain.
The mattress was very thin and you could feel the wood slates under the mattress.
The pillows was super thin and had to use all 4 to get some comfort.
The shower doesn’t drain very fast so you stand in a puddle while showering.
The internet went out on the 2nd day so had no tv for the week, got told there was an issue with the cables in the building but who knows if that was true. Also got told someone was 15 minutes away when they was checking me in but they never turned up.
And to top it all off 4 kids tried to mug me in the NCP car park opposite on one of the mornings I was walking to work.
Has the potential to be a nice apartment
