Guests have full, private access to the flat during their stay. Entry is via a secure gated parking area and private entrance with a smart lock and unique code for each booking. Free gated parking is included on-site for one vehicle.

The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed online prior to check-in:



✓ Fully-refundable £250 Security Deposit required (takes up to 3 days to be released after check out)

✓ ID Verification required

✓ Rental Agreement to be signed

✓ 23 years old minimum age requirement - we will be cancelling all reservations without a refund if verification steps are not complete (including age requirement)



Additional note:



Guests can request to have the beds split for an additional £30. Please note that this additional charge only applies if the request is made on the day of arrival and within 2 hours of check-in.
