Reasonable Access: The host retains reasonable right to access the property for urgent compelling reasons such as leaks or problems with the any of the services.
Our fair usage policy for electric vehicle charging allows guests to use up to £20 worth of charging services per stay, with a duration of 3 days. If the guest's usage exceeds this limit, additional charges of £2 per hour will be applied through the guest portal system, based on actual usage. This policy ensures equitable access to the charging facilities for all guests while promoting responsible use of our resources.
