Everything and everyone was so helpful! We really enjoyed our stay! From the valet ,desk rep ,and bartender! Especially ,Yolanda Clark! She's the sweetest Desk Representative that I've ever meet! From checking in to checking out. She was very informative and even gave us some great places to try out during our stay. Congrats to having a wonderful staff! We can't wait to come back

The room and staff were great but the elavators did not function properly. Long waits two days in a row because only 2 of the five elavators were working.

Loved the location as it was directly across the street from the BJCC Legacy venue. It is close to the highway and you hear the noise, but our room did have a noise machine which helped drown out a good bit of the sound. I would stay here again.

Clean and friendly

My stay was a business trip. The hotel and room were extremely clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. However, parking should be included in the already high price of the room.

The hotel location is what we paid for and it was fine. The website gave the impression that you could only use valet parking, but when we got there (<10 after check in began) we were told that valet was full and we would have self park in a garage behind the hotel. Overall the room was clean, but there was hair on the shower walls which it’s disgusting.
