My week long stay was great. Clean, well managed property with good wifi, hot water, coffee in the lobby. All staff were friendly and courteous from the late night clerk checking me it, the day desk clerk, and the heloful and thorough housekeeping gentleman. This is an affordable property that really is worth staying at.

$100 Deposit Required

There was a $100 deposit required on check in, which was a surprise to me. The room was clean and the full size refrigerator was just perfect since I bring all my own food when I travel. I would happily stay here again.

Booked online for 2 non-smoking rooms. Was told only have 1 non-smoking room and 1 smoking left. . Wasn’t given any other option or discount. Non smoking room had obviously been 420 smoked in and smoke detector was chirping. People hanging out in parking lot and sitting in cars. Rooms were 2 floors apart and I felt unsafe with only me and my daughter in one room together. Only stay here if you need the cheapest place.

Just needed a place to crash

I just needed a place to stay for one night because i was coming to see a concert and didn't want to drive 2hrs home afterwards. Check in was smooth, however they still needed to hold $100 on your card or take cash including the cost of the room. So even if you prepaid , you'd still need to provide a card or cash for that amount $100. It is given back to you after checkout. Just be prepared thats all. The room was clean, water pressure was good in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. No issues.

You get what you pay for. The room was okay. We really just needed a place to sleep so it fit our needs for 1 night. There was no tv remote. No hair dryer. No breakfast. You can tell its an old hotel that was redone in the cheapest way. Currently the charge on my credit card is $30 more than what I paid through Expedia! For that much more I would have gone to a nicer hotel.

There was no light over the kitchenette, the sheets were either so stained that they couldn’t be washed clean or they had not been changed, no facial tissues or paper towels and the bath mat was already wet when I went into the bathroom to take a shower. The water came out of the shower head and tub faucet. The check in time wasn’t on the website or on our confirmation. Nor was the $100 deposit. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the steam from shower set off the fire alarm.

Cockroaches and shady charges in my card

DO NOT STAY HERE. Please listen and do not waste your money and sanity dealing with this hotel. My son and I arrive to be placed in room 214 and there were cockroaches on the wall and shower. They moved us to room 108 and yes more cockroach’s, no shocker! We decided to not stay of course. And was told the deposit was being reversed immediately and the room charges would be refunded. Nope! They fully charged my card for the deposit and the room! I am having to go through disputing with my bank and hotels.com. So please safe yourself my hassle and disgusting experience!

This is a $70 a night hotel at most!

This was definitely not worth $170 for one night. I am currently trying to get a refund. The ac is crap, broken mirror on the bathroom door with pieces duck taped. There is some sort of brown liquid that is leaking from the wall in the bathroom as well as broken glass tiles in the shower, some gnarly thing in the sink, and laminate flooring peeling up. The queen spring matresses are 5 inches thick on platform beds made for memory foam matresses leaving the ultimate bed less comfortable than the floor. Cigarette burns on the counter tops. I understand that they are renovating, but if I had known this I would have booked somewhere else for my family to stay. I want my money back as I am laying in this bed but I am unable to sleep due to discomfort.

The smell of dogs in the bed

The room seemed okay at first. However, when we returned from dinner and got in bed, we realized that dogs had been in the bed, as all of the pillows and the bedding stank. I asked if there were any other pillows or another room available and was told there were none (even though hotels.com showed 4). Then I asked for a refund, as we were not able to stay in that room due to allergies and asthma. I was turned down and we left for another hotel.
