The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Stockfield area of Birmingham, it is a slightly quieter neighbourhood but still within easy reach of the city - the best of both worlds! Birmingham centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or bus. There's an array of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, with the Swan Shopping Centre less than 2 minutes from the property. There is also a choice of 2 parks within 5 minutes of the property. Solihull is also just a 15 minute drive away or 30 minute bus
Getting Around:
There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, and there is a Tesco just 2 minutes away. Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in less than 30 minutes, or a 20 minute drive.
