This a lovely well kept hotel and the staff were all very polite and helpful. We had pizza in the lounge bar which very good. The breakfast was continental self serve and was enjoyable. You can order a cooked breakfast if you prefer for an additional fee. The only thing to mention was the room was very hot in early October (the heating wasn’t on) although did notice there was a free standing fan available in the room.

Recently enjoyed a 3 night break at the Mount. Great hotel & grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. It’s worth noting that there is no a/c or lift as the building is grade 2 listed.

Quiet and comfortable room, friendly and responsive staff. Good choice of cooked breakfast. Very attractive building in a nice setting. Being a large, old building don't expect quick and hot water!

Very nice stay, check in was smooth. Room was clean and tidy. Good shower, black out curtains. Coffee, tea etc provided. Ironing board in room but couldn't find a safe. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very nice. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
