We have designed this apartment to be a true "home away from home," offering the space of a residential flat with the quality of a hotel. To be completely transparent about the layout, we have included the room dimensions below so you know exactly what to expect.

🌟 OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA (4.62m x 3.18m / 15'2" x 10'5") The living space features a comfortable lounge with a 42-inch Smart TV and a dedicated study desk with fast Wi-Fi—ideal for business travelers.

Balcony: Step out through the double-glazed door onto the private balcony, fitted with artificial grass, to enjoy views of the city and Peace Gardens.

Comfort: Thanks to the 4th-floor elevation, wall-mounted heating, and double glazing, the space is warm and quiet.

🍳 OPEN PLAN KITCHEN (2.57m x 1.83m / 8'5" x 6'0") Integrated into the living area, the kitchen is compact but fully fitted with high-quality Whirlpool appliances.

Equipment: 4-ring electric hob, oven, stainless steel extractor hood, Full Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle.
Laundry: Integral washer/dryer built into the cupboards.
Essentials: Iron, Ironing Board, and Hairdryer provided.

🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps up to 6)
Bedroom 1 - Master Suite (3.15m x 2.74m / 10'4" x 9'0"): Features a comfortable Double bed, large wardrobe, and private heating.
En-suite Bathroom: Private access to a bathroom with a spacious double shower cubicle, shaver point, ceramic tiling, and chrome heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 (3.15m x 2.57m / 10'4" x 8'5"): Features two Single beds and bedside lamps. Ideally sized for friends, colleagues, or children.
Living Room Sleeping: The large sofa converts into a bed for extra guests. (Note: Please request extra linen in advance if you plan to use the sofa bed).

🛁 FAMILY BATHROOM In addition to the Master En-suite, there is a separate full bathroom off the hallway featuring a panelled bath (perfect for relaxing), ceramic tiling, halogen spotlighting, and a chrome heated towel rail. No morning queues for the shower!

You have private access to the entire apartment.
