"My stay was great! These rooms are extremely nice and VERY big! They are newly remodeled and updated with the newest iPhone clock/radio/charging dock. There needs are extremely comfortable and it is very hard for me to adjust to another bed. I woke both each morning with my blankets barely moved I had slept so sound 😊 The owners of this establishment are also extremely nice people that go out of their way to make sure you are happy and enjoying your stay with them. I travel a lot and have had some unfortunate stays in some parts of Eugene, like any other town, but this was a nice side of town. Nobody hanging around the parking lot looking into your car or anything weird going on! It was a great place that I will definitely be staying at more often!!"

"This property was immaculately clean with many wonderful touches provided by the hosts. The space was perfect for our family of four and small furry friends. We loved the yard and the flat top grill. We were minutes from the Sweet Creek Falls Trail and Beaver Creek Falls Trail. We also enjoyed nearby Florence - the sand dunes and the carnivorous plants at Darlingtonia Wayside were fun for the kids and adults. We highly recommend this property and can’t thank our hosts enough for generously sharing their home with us. You won’t be disappointed!"

"What a beautiful spot! Right on the water. We observed ducks, otters and a number of birds as well as numerous visits from an American Bald Eagle. As mentioned in listing there is some highway noise but we were fine. The view is great. The PM was good with communication and helpful as needed. The location was nice as we travelled from Eugene and then along the coast of Oregon. The house was very well kept. No (few) overhead lights but there are lamps. Great place! Thanks! We would stay here again."
