This Mountain cabin is within an hour of Denver and 40 minutes from Boulder, situated 8,900 feet high with hot tub and full basement filled with games, pingpong, foosball and air-hockey and a fully stocked vending machine and almost every window over looks the beautiful Rocky Mountains!!!!

**WINTER Requirements** All roads leading to the cabin are county maintained, but please understand that it may take the county time to be able to plow. HOWEVER PLEASE understand 4WD, All Wheel Drive and chains or tire cables are a absolute must throughout the winter. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A 4 WHEEL OR ALL WHEEL DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN IN WINTER MONTHS PLEASE. Tow companies may or may not come to help. The home is approximately 8 miles direct line of sight from the divide, and weather can and will change fast and can be very dangerous.

Our family Mountain cabin is rustic, quaint, homey and has very simple style, if luxury is what your looking for keep looking. This cabin is an old cabin in the deep mountains of Colorado, perfect for someone looking to disconnect and enjoy the simple side. It is situated on two full acres with Rocky mountain views from almost every room. Plenty of room outdoors for the kids to play and adventure. The Lilly Pad is a large cabin located just off Highway 119 famously known as the Peak to Peak Highway. Offering convenient and scenic drives to the endless activities available in the Front Range. Great location for skiing, snowboarding, and some of the best hiking, biking and site seeing nearby in Golden Gate Canyon State Park, James Peak Wilderness, Indian Peaks Wilderness, and Roosevelt National Forest.

Also a great winter property with Eldora Mountain Resort only 12.4 miles away, and 1.5 hour to Loveland Ski Area and Winter Park and Summit County ski areas. Excellent snowshoeing and backcountry skiing at South Boulder Creek Trail nearby outside of Rollinsville.

Very centrally located in the Mountains with city activities also close by, Nederland, Rollinsville, Black Hawk and Central City are just minutes away. While Denver, Golden, Boulder, Idaho Springs, Mount Evans, Evergreen, etc. less than an hour away. Fun and easy day trips to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Winter Park, Breckenridge, Leadville and many more an hour or so away.

Only 13.4 miles from gambling and entertainment amenities of Black Hawk and Central City. However, if you are not interested in that, you will never know it is close by.

Flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and basement. -NO- Tv in main cabin area. Plenty of books, puzzles and board games for all ages to enjoy while on vacation.

Our mountain home is located just minutes from downtown Nederland, close to shopping, restaurants, breweries, The Carousel of Happiness, liquor stores, grocery stores, and much more! ********Other things to note*********

WIFI - This house is in the mountains. Wi-Fi can be affected by the wind and snow. Intermittent service at times is beyond our control as these mountains have a mind of their own!

Please note that I do not host events or parties at the the house. Please be sure to disclose total number of guests, and visitors when inquiring about this rental

SMOKING - Please refrain from smoking of any kind in the house.

***We along with all wood cabins in the mountains have an issue with flies. When you get to cabin you might see flies. We have a small hand held vacuum in hallway near bedroom to quickly clean them up. We also have fly trips in windows, you are welcome to replace those at your convenience if needed. We do apologize but this is a problem with most wooden cabins in the mountains.

TRASH - It is important that any and all trash is bagged before placing into the trash bin. We do not have trash service and we must manually haul trash to the transfer station.
