"Nasty with a capital 'N'. The property looks like it had a recent renovation but the room and common areas, elevator, etc were so dirty and smelled terrible. The floor in our room was sticky, walls had streaks of grime running down them, bad smell. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Elevator was dirty, grimy. The access door on the side of the building was broken so it was open and unlocked. Would not stay there again, not even for a night passing through. Many other hotels nearby that are similar in price and much cleaner."

We checked in with no problems, but our heater went out in the middle of the evening and it was very cold that night. The next morning we went and spoke to the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating and helped us move to a different cabin, which was absolutely amazing. We will stay there again. The customer service was incredible! "
