It is located very close to a main street, so you can hear all the noise from cars, people passing by, and during shift changes, you can hear the good atmosphere that the staff has."

"If you book here expect correspondence from Atom Heart Bacalar. We did not know this and thought the message in What’s App was phishing so we ignored it. Once we got that straightened out, things were easier. It is very remote, bring everything you need for food and drink with you. Bacalar stores are about 1/2 hour drive. "This place was very charming and fully equipped. The host is on their A-game making sure that they have thought of everything. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were quite soft. I really appreciated that there were instructions for all of the appliances. We loved lounging on the deck in the hammock or the loungers."

"Great property, most of the staff were super kind and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing! The only thing that bothered me were the guests at 7am in the pool screaming and wilding out and then again until 10:30pm when we were told that noisy times were between 9am -9pm. My husband is Mexican, I speak Spanish very well and the ladies at breakfast weren’t nice to me and making remarks thinking I didn’t understand the first morning so I sent my husband for the next days. Overall it’s a great space, great location and we had a private space with a jacuzzi that made the experience even better. "

It was cleaned daily and turn down service was included. The staff greets you with genuine hospitality and are extremely helpful. The Centro (town) is only 1.6 miles away. "
