「The property is clean, comfortable and has all the essentials that you could want or need. The bed and bedding was comfortable and good quality. The towels were soft, plush. Paula and her local cohost were responsive if you needed them. This is the second time I have chosen this property. The covered part was a huge bonus, it kept the car out of the direct sunlight and kept it much cooler. I highly recommend this property」

「A spacious loft with everything you could want for the perfect retreat from your everyday business. The property owner is gracious and kind, providing a number of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. 「We came over from Ft. Worth for our son’s wedding in Blanket. This house was just what we needed. It was 30 minutes to the wedding in Blanket snd 30 minutes to Brownwood. House was clean and just as the pictures showed. Lots of rain but did not hamper our rest. Beautiful view of Lake Brownwood in the backyard. Thanks for a wonderful weekend for our family.」

「We came to Brownwood for a baseball tournament but wanted the boys to be able to fish. Five families stayed in two of the properties and had a great time! The houses were perfect and the dock was amazing. We would love to come back!」

「Great spring break rental! We loved getting cozy near the fire place and listening to music on built- in speakers. The light setup outside was beautiful. Only down side was creek was too low and bank too steep to fish from the bank. Would have been nice if dock was complete to fish from. We were able to fish a from another creek about 5miles down the road.」
