“We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view.
Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.”

“I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. ”

“The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station.
There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour.
Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside.
Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. ”

“The apartment in Grindelwald at the Jasmine Apartments was just right for our family. The location is easily accessible to the centre of Grindelwald yet still feels tucked away and private with amazing views. The apartment is clean and updated with all the amenities. “We stayed there for 3 plus weeks! Just an amazing property! We have stayed at wonderful places around the world and pound for pound this was as nice as any. It had every comfort of home and we woke up, the view from our bed was a closeup view of the Alps, the Lauterbrunnen Valley and numerous waterfalls The negative was checking out! “We loved our relaxing stay at this wonderful, comfortable studio. We loved cooking our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. They even had ice! We stayed here to do laundry mid trip and their high end machines made doing laundry a breeze. We took the bus to the train station. Two different lines run hourly. The proprietors went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would love to return someday.”

“Lovely view from the deck and nice home with clean facilities. We enjoyed our visit and love the town of Wengen. Only reason not a 5 star rating .....Had a musty smell but wasn't sure if that was from the communal hallway or unit itself. We bought some cleaner and scent to eliminate odor. The other factor was the old furniture and decorations. They were functional and clean. With a decorating makeover this house could be a 5 due to all other factors. ”

“This place was so peaceful and amazing! Easy check in at the train station when you arrive, and about a 10 min walk mostly downhill (so uphill on the way back). The most beautiful views of Lauterbrunnen valley. Lovely porch to sit out on, comfy couches, stocked kitchen, washer dryer in unit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!”

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful.
Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room.
Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old.
Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
