“The house is beautiful. Perfect for our needs. Concerned that all exits but one were non-functioning. Had trouble with the alarm system. Police came twice during our stay. Host gave us the alarm code after we contacted them about the problem but the alarm was still going off with the police. Many light bulbs need replaced. Just a small issue. Had a great weekend.”

“The neighborhood was quiet but in a central location close to restaurants, gas stations, etc. The house was very nice with an updated bathroom. It was unique and charming with antique details preserved. It was very hot in Toledo when we were there and the AC struggled a bit to cool the hallway and bathroom. The owner supplied a box fan that helped and the rest of the home stayed cool. There were ceiling fans in every room and remote controls for them and the lights. We had a plumbing issue that……

Host was very easy to reach both prior to and during stay and exceptionally accomodating. It is an older home but very nicely remodeled and updated wherever possible. “The owners and staff are terrific - very welcoming and caring. The cabin is cute and cozy. The river runs right in front of the cabin, with access to kayaks, etc. right there. Waterville is a very cute town with good eateries. I loved the Toledo Zoo which is nearby. Do be aware, however, if you are looking for an isolated cabin in the woods, this one is part of 12 cabins along the river, like a campground. “Great location, old renovation well done and was comfortable. Our only negative was we arrived on a Sunday evening and seemed as if cleaning crew just skipped thru cleaning from the from previous occupants. All trash cans were full counter top had food crumbs and microwave and refrigerator were not wiped out. Nothing that could not be fixed by us in a short period of time. Just kinda made our first impression unexpected. We felt this is not the normal bedding and bathroom was clean.”

“My husband and I came to Luna Pier for a long weekend getaway and do a little fishing. We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It has lots of character and charm. The hosts were wonderful and so helpful and accommodating. There were lots of extras that we did not expect but greatly enjoyed and appreciated. The views were spectacular.
