The location is perfect—close to the beach and great restaurants, yet quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the whole space felt cozy but updated. Check-in was easy, communication was smooth, and the little touches made a big difference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Booked for two nights - no hot water for shower Water temp was tepid to cool at best. Also had damage to my auto when looking for a handicapped parking spot - no signs for handicapped parking anywhere. Considering contacting an attorney!"

"BIBH was amazing for our first visit to Block Island! We stayed in the Gables and had a beautiful king suite. Unfortunately the pool was not ready for use, we would have enjoyed using that. The private beach area was really nice, shoutout to the beach staff that quickly set up complimentary loungers and an umbrella for my pregnant wife and I. Good food and drinks on the beach deck as well. We would definitely stay again."

"Our room had an ant infestation and we found crumbs under our bed. We asked the front desk to please send up someone to vacuum the room and spray for the ants while we went out for the night. It was not done. We had to clean up under the bed when we got back late and keep killing the ants. Ew! We showed them videos of all the ants, but still nothing was done. No elevator and I have a very hard time with stairs. They offered for us to move from the 1st floor (which is one flight up already), to the second or third floor. I would have gladly taken them up on their offer, but my knees would not allow it. Also, guests would leave garbage around. A drinking cup here, Andes candies wrappers there, which I am sure happens, but not enough staff to keep up with the keep up."

"Called/texted them twice en route to let them know my late arrival time; no call back or answer. When on the property to check in I notified the lady at the desk that I tried to communicate with them en route. She said, “you probably called us when our office was closed.” And when I started to answer that I indeed called during office hours, she completely talked over me. Later that evening a woman put a key in our door and opened the door. My husband and I told her that this was our room. She never introduced herself. She CAME INTO THE ROOM, looked around and grabbed an opened Cocoa Puffs cereal box that was in the kitchen area. I asked her if she knew if the TV was a smart TV ,( might as well roll the dice that maybe she was an employee ) she said, “ how the hell would I know.” She then left the room."
