Nice little spot in Bloem

Very nice place with a lot of small details to make stay better. Soon needs and electric blanket or heater as it gets very cold in winter months

This was a lovely find. Room was perfect for what we needed. Old fashioned bath tub was a lovely addition. Safe and secure overnight parking. Breakfast was very filling and we sat outside our room to eat it. Friendly staff. Much better than a chain hotel. Rooms were set apart from main building so lots of privacy. Definitely worth a stay.

Do not stay here

I do not know when last the unit was cleaned ... the corners was full of grass, dust and insects. There are no mirror except the very low very badly lit one in the bathroom The towels were horrible and not usable at all. Parking was a big issue...

Lovely Inn... Later check out would be nice!

Beautiful setting. Well appointed rooms. Lovely old world feeling. I didn't enjoy the early breakfast time 7 to 9 am, especially on a Sunday, neither the early check out at 10:00 am. Breakfast was OK. Good omelet but English cooked breakfast was ordinary.  Cold buffet was rather poor, two bowls of fruit, fresh and preserved, yogurt and cereal.  White and brown toast.  Butter and one kind of spread cheese only.  No pastries or rolls.  It was way too expensive for 100 Rand.  The only highlight was to sit outsidein the garden. Funny thing is that we had to insist to seat outside as they are reluctant to serve in those two veranda tables.  But we insisted. Lovely overnight stop.  But if I had to do it again I will not book breakfast, rather sleep until check out time and have breakfast at the mall a short walking distance from the Inn.

Review on Lemon&Lime Guest House

The venue is very nice with lovely gardens. The receptionist friendly and check in smooth. It was easy to find Lemon&Lime. I needed to do a little work and found the lighting poor - I had to hold my papers under the lamp to read.

It is a beautiful guest house and very comfortable, unfortunatly is located just next to a creche. Wasn't fun trying to relax late afternoon before leaving for a business diner with all that noise. My room was just on the side of the creche, maybe the rooms away from the creche are better.

Very pleasant stay with very friendly hostess in a safe area with nightwatchman. The nice garden lost a small tree when struck by lightning during an exciting thunderstorm

Again, this is what one may call a keeper. The parking is ample, the room sizes generous, the cleanliness impeccable and the breakfasts? Mmmmm, marvelous! Couple that with genuine caring from the hosts and you are bound to be impressed.
