"Waring House is a large facility with a variety of accommodation. It has beautiful gardens and property. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a lovely deck . The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious."

"We loved our stay at Field of Dreams. The place was spotless, and had anything you could ever need - from all the kitchen supplies to cook full meals, to every kind of entertainment possible. Overall it was a gorgeous, peaceful and tranquile location and communication with our hosts was seamless, as they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. "Our hostess was delightfully warm, kind and gracious in all aspects of our stay. From the time of our arrival until our departure the next morning after breakfast we felt at home and in a very relaxed environment. The personalized access to the front door was easy to remember, the private parking space was extremely convenient to load and unload our bags & accessories, and our bedroom/bathroom were situated in a private hallway upstairs. Our bedroom even included water, a refridgerator (if we wanted to use it) along with a fan and additional pillows and bedding for our ultimate comfort. Breakfast was wonderful!!! It was a beautiful Sunday at the end of September (2025) and we ate under the gazebo overlooking the pool and the long backyard which connected to a large pond at the end of the property. The weather was great and we didn't need to use the heater that was available if by chance we were at all chilly. The breakfast included locally sourced, farm-fresh eggs, 2 differnt fresh local jams, peanut butter, butter, yogurt, various kinds of fresh bread for our toast, 2 fresh croissants and a huge bowl of fresh, in-season fruit along with orange juice and bottomless freshly brewed coffee at our disposal. What a wonderful experience... Our next stay in Prince Edward County will definitely include another stay at the YELLOW ROOF B&B. Highly recommended 5-1/2 out of 5!!! Thank you Denise. "Loved the outdoor space! The house had everything needed to make it a very enjoyable stay for all of our family. Location is great (wine tour, shopping, Sandbanks Prov Park). Make sure to pre buy entry to park as it is often to capacity and you might not be allowed in for that planned beach day! "
