Highly recommend

This was a great place to stay and super close to the stadium. It’s nicely decorated, comfortable and has everything you need. Rick the owner was very communicative, helpful and accommodating too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Perfect location. Awesome place!

We were able to stay here for a quick trip to Bloomington for senior night for IU Men's Soccer, and to catch a volleyball game. It was PERFECT. The location could not be better for IU, and it was clean and comfortable. Loved the bed and bedding, and all the little extras too. We will definitely stay here again!

My stay at this delightful condo was truly exceptional. The location was convenient, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, and the living area was perfect!! The bed were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Bloomington, IN!

Fantastic stay. Perfect for a volleyball alum weekend.

I've stayed in both this one (a 3 bedroom) and the 1 bedroom across the street. The location could not be better for IU athletics, and the place was very clean. The host was very responsive, and they provided a lot of communication. I also loved the little touches and the supplies and snacks! I will definitely be back!

Great Property!

Wonderful stay at this location! Rick and Susan were PHENOMENAL hosts!! They were super helpful and periodically checked in making sure all was well/ we had everything we needed. This property perfectly accommodated 6 people for a friends weekend reunion. The property was a short walking distance to IU athletic stadiums and a >10 minute car ride to restaurants on Kirkwood and Downtown— truly a perfect location. Overall, great property, great stay and great hosts!!! Thanks Rick and Susan!!

Amazing - best bnb I have been to

It was amazing. The best bnb I have been to. Very nice host, so responsive and helpful. The flat is beautiful. Everything is new and very clean. Can see mature trees from the bedrooms. I saw a fawn and rabbits from the bedroom window. A/C works really well. TV very big and new. So convenient for Campus since there is a bus for free from the Stadium. It was very quiet. Groceries and CV's Pharmacy near by. I will definitely come back.[Thank you! Safe travels home. Reach out when back in Bloomington. Best wishes.]

Great place for 4 people & IU sports

We stayed for two nights to see a Sunday IU basketball game. The apartment is set up very efficiently for its size and has everything that 4 unrelated adults could need (6 if you want to share beds). Three separate bedrooms with doors and queen beds, plus a couch that was comfortable. Just under a one mile walk to the Bloomington town square with restaurants, bars, and shops. Under a 1/2 mile walk to Assembly Hall, no driving or parking at the game necessary. Parking was a little confusing but the hosts cleared it up promptly. It would help to put a large house number by the front door of the unit facing 17th Street. Overall great place, five stars.
