“One of the kids got bedbugs from the upstairs bedroom with the king bed. They had to go to urgent card and get treated with medication. They also had a very swollen eye from the bedding. The outside steps were not salted and I fell down the entire flight of outside steps and got a huge bruise. When I contacted the owner, they didn't do anything about the situation at all. For almost 500 with the taxes and extra charges, do NOT rent this place. It is not worth it at all. ”

The noise from the AC would turn on and off throughout the night, the hide a bed that our son slept on wasn’t sturdy and the couch wasn’t comfort for watching TV or even visiting. "Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
