"This is located in a very convenient spot and safe area. There is a running path across the street that is next to a small lake. The front desk staff was professional, I enjoyed talking to them, and both the ladies were quick to help anyone they spoke with.
Probably the only drawback was there were hairs from the previous occupant in the bathroom, and since I normally use the stairs, I noticed the same dead bug next to the bottom floor stairway entrance over a multi-day period. The tub needs a little more texture on the bottom and gets quite slick when wet, and some of the exercise machines didn't work. There are a nice variety of machines and free weights.
Overall, it was a nice stay but there are small things that could be fixed. Again, great job on your front desk staff."
