"Pool was ice cold, everything else was great!"

"Clean room, respectful and accommodating staff, good breakfast. No complaints "

"Frankly we don't see how this hotel stays open! - The TV remtes did not work. - Coffe maker in the room, but no cups or coffee. Inoperative bathroom fan. - Broken hair dryer. - Dirty and smelly elevator. - Bathtub drain was plugged. - The grouting on the bathtub tiles had mildew on them. - Bins for breakfast were empty, etc, etc. The family run owner/staff had no interest to improve anything. Apparently, all they cared was to cut corners and save money. If you are looking for a clean and well-run hotel, look elsewhere!"

"After second day of no room service, I informed the front desk to which they responded, we'll handle it. They never did so!!! Third day i took pictures showed management expressed my frustration and let them know i would not be back. I stayed one additional day and once again No Room Service!! "

"The room was clean. The hair dryer did not work - it was missing part of the plug. The ironing board was in two parts - legs, board; I set the board on the bed to use it. The room was painted an intense blue which did not reflect light in the room well. No light over the bath mirror - blue walls there, too. Ceiling fire sensor was missing. There was absolutely NOTHING, around the motel and the nearby intersection was not walkable because of construction. To exit the property (which had absolutely NO landscaping), you could only go right to U-turn a mile later. Office was staffed at 6AM. Freeway noise was constant - no double-paned windows. Although I was in #104 the TV remote was labeled '109'. Attention to details not a strong feature. Towels were ridiculously small and thin; while clean, some had stains. There was no extraneous traffic around the building nor noisy guests. "

"The room was in okay condition. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the room had a moist smell to it, along with strong chemical smells in the room and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fair nothing out of the ordinary, did wish we received fresh linens more than the first night. We had to ask every night for new towels for the next morning. "
