"I can’t be more impressed and satisfied with Josephine’s Cottage! The host is so friendly, helpful and informative. The interior is so clean and comfy, exactly like what you see in the photos. The location is perfect with a lake and bushwalk nearby. It’s also within close driving range to Leura, Katoomba and Blue Mountains National Park. "Blackheath is one of our favourite parts of the Mountains and we enjoyed our few days in the cottage. It is close to great walks and shops. We loved the leafy secure front and back yards for our dog and kids to enjoy. Hosts easy to communicate with and we appreciated the later check-out. Wifi worked well too! "We have stayed here 5 years ago and were looking forward to returning. It didn't disappoint! The newly renovated bathroom was a bonus. We just love Dalpura Cottage. It is such a beautiful place and we enjoy the surrounds. Only downfall is we couldn't access the school across for an easier walk to Fort Rock and enjoy the open fire as we had in the past. "Kitchen drawers were cluttered ,untidy with some dirty utensils in them. No bathmat or hand towel in the bathroom. The fitted bottom sheet did not fit the mattress properly. The rug on the lounge floor was dirty. I folded it up so as not to walk on it. General untidiness of cupboard containing broom, clothes airer etc."

"Simple well equipped hideaway perfect for couples and small family groups. We loved opening up the house to enjoy the garden and bird life with our afternoon drinks. The kitchen is small, but well stocked with appliances and utensils."
