Beautiful

The place was off the beaten path but the area was Beautiful and the the views where breathtaking. The property was as advertised and so cozy. It was so peaceful that we slept in everyday we were there. Definitely would recommend this property. Would love do visit again. Thank you!

Overall very nice.

Overall very nice. The biggest complaint is the lack of curtains for that huge window facing the neighbors. Good. They called us to make sure we could get to the cabin we first picked (that needed AWD to get to) and let us switch to a different cabin that was easier to reach

I was disappointed that the furniture was old (couch n chairs) leather especially downstairs in entertainment room. Master bathroom on main level toilet was rusted n brown water or toiled bowel itself wasn’t clean! Your staff is very professional , excellent customer service! Very kind and knowledgeable about the property! Enjoyed working with zoey!!!! She was fantastic, will enjoy working with her again!!

The grill did not work.

The grill did not work. The pans for frying need to be renewed. My kids found mice on the bottom floor. The WiFi instructions need to be updated with the password, it looked like a new router had been installed. Nothing that was off made any difference, we made great family memories and would rebook the same cabin in the future. There is so much to see and do in Ellijay and we will be back! Everything was done online/email. Very smooth. All was well explained

Paradise Too I had to call that the grill gas tank was empty when we went to grill on Saturday eveni

Paradise Too I had to call that the grill gas tank was empty when we went to grill on Saturday evening. There was only one tank. We ended up having to use the stove instead and we're a little disappointed I had to pan fry my filet mignon. Also there was a telescope pictured in the pictures of the cabin. We were very excited to look at the stars but when we got to the cabin there was not one there. There was a water bottle under the basement bed. Baby handprints and dog slobber on windows in living room. In the half bath there was a used bottle of NyQuil and a toothbrush in a drawer. While these are things you may want to follow up on we absolutely would stay with your company again.

The grill did not work.

Family reunion

Overall the property was perfect for us. The only issue we had was very poor internet service and we has=d 2 people who needed to work. Management did help the situation. Furniture could use some updating especially the master bed.
