Nice Mountain Home Close to Everything

Overall, a great jumping off home to go fishing, hiking and close to restaurants. Only issue was the scorpions to include one in the bed.

Great seclusion!

What I loved was the seclusion and peace and quite. The drive up the driveway was a little steep for my comfort level but made it fun and interesting. Hot tub was inviting but never used it.

Could have been better

Saw a review about a motion light by the hot tub that couldn’t be controlled…still an issue - couldn’t find a switch for it and the light constantly turned off and in while you’re in the hot tub - very annoying! There’s also a humidifier running the basement that has a water hose draining into a small bowl…this has to be emptied multiple times a day or water would go all over the basement…this was not communicated at all! There’s multiple holes in the walls that are plugged with toilet paper instead of being properly fixed with wood filler. Better communication and a little maintenance would’ve gone a long way…

Nice house, but game room downstairs did not have the games listed.

The house was nice and enough space for the 5 adults staying. Cooked most meals at the cabin. The game room did not have balls for the foosball table, no dart board and no games for the gaming system. I reached out to the host and they responded 4 days later and said to look in drawers. We, of course, had already done that. When we responded with that, they did not reply for the rest of the trip. We stayed 6 nights. It was the reason we selected this house and paid extra. Super disappointed.

Great cabin with a lot of great features and updates

We were a party of 3 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was great that each of us could have our own bedroom and bathroom. The cabin is really well equipped with everything you could need for the stay. We cooked one of our meals at the cabin and had everything we needed to cook other than buying our own food. The TVs and wifi worked great, and we really enjoyed the outdoor decks. Would recommend!

This home needs some love!

When we arrived the trash had not been taken out in kitchen and one bed appeared to have been slept in. There were also crumbs and trash around kitchen trash can and dirty dishes in the oven - there was a puddle of water on the floor but not sure why. The hot tub is not in good shape and the cover won’t stay on The sofa and love seat are extremely uncomfortable and really need to be replaced The outdoor area with picnic table is unusable and actually dangerous as falling apart The foosball table is broken so can’t really play that. Most of the fixtures and faucets are loose and need repair

Great cabin but!!

We enjoyed the cabin ,clean and beds are comfortable.. The hot tub and outside area were such a disappointment and nothing like the pictures on the web site.The hot tub was slimy and water murky.The jets were barely working and the temperature would never increase just lukewarm.Also on the other side of the house u have a rotten picnic table with one side broken off. I really feel like some sort of refund should be given because the hot tub was not useable or the picnic table. We were looking forward to after a exploring/hiking day to enjoy the hot tub.We got in for 3 minutes .What a disappointment 😡

Nice secluded spot

The entire cabin was very nice. The gravel road up to it, not so much. Take heed you will need a truck or something off the ground. No low riding cars will make it. I killed five scorpions in the downstairs area and there were several other dead ones around. The fire pit area is a joke. No seating but a dilapidated picnic table. The ring very small and broken. The hot tub was good. The porch sitting is good. Overall the cabin is nice. Just needs those few things taken care of.
