「Everything was exactly how we wanted it. The cabin was exactly as described; very clean and comfortable. The ONLY suggestion would be to have a few more signs for directions once getting on property. The emailed directions were a little confusing. Other than that, we loved everything about it. 」

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」
