"Your housekeeping and breakfast staff was wonderful. The morning and overnight front desk staff was great. But your afternoon staff was rude!! They were very rude to my elderly mother. The location was fabulous. "

"Staff was very friendly. Don’t like the very small single cup coffee makers in the room. You could also speak with the restaurant about offering free coffee all day instead of getting only in the morning. "

"We loved the location and view. Having the city trolley available and easy to access right at the hotel lobby was also great! All staff was nice and helpful!"

"Beautiful river view wish it was warmer so I could have used the Complementary tubes to float down the river. Only thing that could have been better was the grits and oatmeal on breakfast bar. The grits were not cooked properly at all. I highly recommend the ladies who prepare it actually learn how to make them so they are not so watery and grainy. "
