“Fair”

“The room was spacious, very clean and updated. The bed and bedding were so soft and comfortable we didn’t want to get up. The continental breakfast had hot options and a yogurt machine with toppings bar. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful! I will recommend this Spark Hotel to everyone!”

“Unfortunately there was an incident prior to us arriving, no fault of staff, but things were a little disorganized. Room was clean but very dated.”

“Train track just off the parking lot. Room was not cleaned after the first night in the room.”

“Nice and neat ”

“Stayed one night. The Wi-Fi never worked the whole stay. I reported it to the front desk and the hotel's tech support — instead of fixing it, they handed me a phone number and asked me to deal with the WiFi issue myself. It never got fixed and I couldn't do work. The hotel later told Expedia I 'never followed up,' even though their own tech ticket proves otherwise. If you need internet, stay elsewhere.”

“Old but clean and look good. Satisfied for the price”

“It’s new and clean. Everyone is kind and nice. It’s close to the south gate of Shenandoah national park and the north gate of blue ridge road. ”

“Not a fan of the minimalist decor. Also having a large round table with only one chair was terrible. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, and the garbage can in the bathroom was full of old contents when we arrived. Breakfast ok but could have been better with more fruit varieties and salsa for scrambeled eggs.”
