“Room was clean, staff was very helpful when my rooms tv wasn’t working. 0 complaints ”

“My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.”

“If you are desperate and need a room for the night then this could be the place for you. The hotel is very dirty. You can see the filth in the shower, toilet seat. I had to got to the store and clean my room. The tv remote head sticky. Who knows when or if the bed sheets were changed. I had to use my sweater for a pillow. They serve breakfast but I didn’t eat it. ”

“Ill start by saying the majority of the staff is too good. Aside from that be back by 10pm or no parking, breakfast was awful tv service from the 90s, pillows were the worst.”

“Breakfast was minimal, but good. Our room had a damp, musty smell that just wouldn't go away. There was such a big gap around the door that so much light came in all night like we had a light on in the room and the AC unit was extremely loud at times. The beds were clean but just not to my comfort level as they were very firm. The second bed my daughter slept in had a hole with part of a spring sticking out of the side. Overall, the hotel was clean, in a decent spot, and not the worst by any……

“The property doesn’t look like it does in the pic. My room didn’t look like the one in the pic. The hotel is at the end of a dead end road by a 18 wheeler storage or something. Wouldn’t recommend personally ”

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling. ”

“The staff was very nice. It was, however, doing a brand remodel/renovation to become a Hilton Spark which made it a bit confusing to find. As a result the pool area and common area were not usable and there was no breakfast provided. Had i know about the renovations, i probably would have passed. ”

“Property is older, secluded and in dark area outside. It is right next to interstate which makes it convenient. Breakfast had some option but still seemed limited - I did not try anything. AC in room worked fine. ”

“Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper. ”

“We had such a good time! For those with an interest in the paranormal, Jay was amazing on his tour! There’s so much rich history within the walls of this place. We can’t wait to go back!”
