"This is the perfect spot for what he needed. My son and I attended the Denver Film Festival at the SIE Center and this home was so close that we could walk there in less than 2 minutes. It's in walking distance of several restaurants, a great bookstore and record shop, and City Park with the Denver Zoo. Everything was in great shape, very clean, very simple. The kitchen is limited (which was completely fine with us), there is a kettle and a microwave, a toaster, dishes, knives, and a French press.This would be a fantastic place for a solo writing retreat. It's very close to the bustle of downtown if you feel like being out in it, but the home itself is very quiet and tucked away.Highly recommended."
