"The house is very nice and was perfect for our family stay. We stayed in the house for our trip to ride SXS’s on the Hatfield McCoy trails. The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family. The kitchen and living room were great areas too. The house was very clean. The pressure washer and outside seating areas are nice features of the house. The only downside to our stay was the train tracks, we got used to the trains after the first day."

The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. "Three stars is being nice, this place isn’t bad by no means but the pictures are definitely professional. The bottom floor smells like someone left a grumpy for a few months. The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up. We scraped every corner trying to get our brand new trailer in place, ended up having to leave it off site as it would not fit without damaging our trailer. You need to update...

"This house has even more space and charm than the photos convey! The house is situated on a nice, quiet street in a lovely area. I loved the roominess, tasteful decor, the screened porch and yard and more. The hosts were communicative and responsive to every need. In fact, they seemed to anticipate every need and desire ahead of time. This has been the best experience and we would stay here again and again!"

"Our riding club greatly enjoyed our visit to Hills and Thrills. The property is located directly on a portion of the Head of the Dragon motorcycle ride. It was more than large enough to accommodate our group, clean and well equipped. The owners were very gracious, quick to respond to us when we had any issues. I would recommend Hills and Thrills to anyone who is looking for a great location for on and off road rides. Thanks to Mike, Kathy, and the whole crew at Hills and Thrills!"

"This is a great house to rent if you are looking to ride the Spearhead Pocahontas trail or the Pocahontas Hatfield-McCoy trail. The Spearhead trail is right across the road and the Pocahontas HM connector is about a 10-15 min ride away on pavement. The home itself was very clean & roomy and had everything we needed. "Missing a few things like a toaster and half the light bulbs where blown out ther e may be a problem with the electric the lights in bathroom would dim sometimes. Overall it served it purpose. Well. Would definitely go back."

"Convenient location just off the main road. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Plenty of room to hang out between the living room upstairs and the game room downstairs. The dishwasher was out of order. The phone numbers for contacting the property manager didn't work, but after e-mailing, we got a call back and there was no difficulty after that. It would've been nice if towels were provided, but the listing advised that they weren't so we were prepared."

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quiet, lots of songbirds and squirrels. It was stocked with movies, coffee and tea bags, a few sodas, and brownies. WiFi was great. We got to play games with my 85 year old mom in the kitchen. We went the wrong direction (my fault), but Anita’s directions were easy from I-77. We look forward to our next visit!"
