The hotel was great. My room was very nice. The bed was more comfortable than some very expensive hotels that I have stayed at. The staff members were all great. There are many dining options nearby. There is plenty of free parking. This hotel is very convenient with regard to access to the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel when comparing to the other hotels in the area and in Beckley, WV. This hotel is very nice and affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

While I was staying for a few days and the rooms were clean I had to request my room to be made and towels to be changed as it was not done automatically. Otherwise, hotel is quiet and clean but far from downtown. Good breakfast. Pretty good stay overall

The Hot tub was not working but the booking says it was available. the gym had 3 exercise equipment and none of them were operational. I would prefer to stay and pay the price for my desired hotel amenities. Was not the Expedia standard!

Hotel could use an update (carpet, door locks, fixtures in bathroom esp. shower). Staff was efficient when resetting my key card, but best practice would include not verbally stating room #s. Breakfast was minimal even by Microtel standards. The room was clean and comfortable, but the exposed sheet on the bed I did not use had a dime size hole that was visible without moving the pillows or topper. For the price, and that I only needed a place to sleep, it was just ok

We found the room to be very clean and comfortable for our needs and had the chance to relax in the pool which was also clean and a great temperature. We had an early departure time, 2am, and as we checked out we mentioned the breakfast but that we were leaving to early. The front desk hostess brought us out yogurt, fruit and juice and set up the Belgian waffle batter. Along with coffee, it was wonderful to have something to eat prior to our long drive home. We mentioned to her that we were looking at homes to purchase to relocate from New Jersey, and she gave us helpful advice about the area and things to consider. We definitely plan on staying here our next trip down. Our only negative was the bed was a bit high!
