Very friendly management and team, breakfast had everything you needed, definitely a 10! Lots of restaurants walking distance, 2 minutes off the highway perfect for a quick stopover 😊 not our first time staying there and definitely not our last!

Staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast presentation and choices were outstanding. Our room and common spaces were clean but showed the wear and tear of an older hotel. (Patched wallpaper, our bathroom had limited space, no fan and rust near baseboards.) The front desk and breakfast staff was top rate.

Check in was easy. Mandy at the front desk is lovely! Breakfast was great and the lady that got everything ready was a sweetheart. Overall, we highly recommend this place. Great price and location.

Check in and check out were easy. Staff were friendly and courteous. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was great. They had cappuccinos and lattes 24/7! Hot foods for breakfast (scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage), muffins, bagels, yogurt, &juices. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was close to hiking areas. We did not get to use the pool because it was out of season, and did not use the gym. Free cookies in the lobby! Bottles of water given on check in. Lots of parking. Convenient to many restraunts and the high way. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is also about $100 less than hotels in the area that are just like it. It is a great value! I was happy to have such a nice room, a restful night, and a good deal!

Nice hotel, but not so nice matress. It should have been swapped out a while ago! The minute the wife & I got in it to go to sleep, it immediately sagged in the middle literally forming a bowl shape. It was flat worn out and had been for some time. Not good. The building and grounds were clean and the staff was friendly. But what is the point of staying if you can't sleep on the matress??

I loved that I could bring my dog!! Very clean room and the staff was very friendly. However, from midnight til 2am, there were constantly doors opening and closing down the hall....so it was difficult to sleep. Not the hotel's fault though.

We were in a jam and they really helped us out. Good dog walk area. Pretty pool area. Rooms are spacious and light. Good parking. Safe area with many restaurants within walking distance. Stairwells are easy to use with easy access to the back dog walks. Great place to take your dog. I appreciate this place. And let me tell you, everyone in West Virginia was super kind to us.
