“The fire alarm in my room started beeping incessantly at 2 AM on the first day. I went to the front desk to find someone. They came 30minutes later and said they couldn't fix it. It wasn't fixed by 7:30 PM, so we ended up being moved to another room.”

“I was disappointed at how run-down the room was compared to the perceived modernity they portrayed in their online photos. The laminated floor in the room was warped and chipped throughout. There was a dresser drawer missing. Lamp shades were dated and dusty, one with a burnt bulb. There was a TV bracket on the wall for a tv that wasn‘t there; they replaced it with a small one on the dresser. No coffee maker, in-room phone or battery in the smoke alarm.
