「Nice, RJ at the front desk was very helpful and polite.」

「We had our 2 elderly dogs with us and had requested 1st floor near an exit. This request was met and we were delighted with the size of the room (had a “suite” room), the comfortable bed and the large bathroom with walk in shower. As we have family in Mich City, we will be staying again!」

「Francisco was great, he kept I touch with us throughout our stay. The breakfasts were more than I expected to see. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all day and night. The room was spacious ( Not very sound proof as my wife heard someone snoring in the room next to us)and the bed was comfortable. If you don’t like a soft pillow I would suggest you bring your own with you. I would stay here again while traveling.」

「Terrible . We find a leftover fish in the microwave and a hoodie in the bathroom . Not to mention unclean tub and rug. You deserve something better .I Sleep without shower and with my clothes on.」

「Although off the beaten path it’s in a beautiful location. The room was clean and spacious with a small balcony. The young men running the front desk were so nice and helpful. The continental breakfast had a little bit of everything. There’s a nice pool area, numerous seating areas to sit and visit with the people you are with, and a restaurant/bar at the end of the parking lot! Looking forward to staying here in the summer and enjoying the beach/dunes/state park!」

「This is a wonderful old Victorian that they did a great job updating. Housekeeping needs to pay a little more attention to some spaces. The heater air conditioner has some black spots on it. And next to the stove has crumbs. I am not able to use stairs very well and there wasn't an option on check-in to request a first floor accommodation or a way to indicate before booking the room what that was going to look like which limited my ability to transport personal items to the room. I'm also unsure...
