“Lovely little flat in a lovely seaside location. The extra touches that the owners provided were very much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone that wants a nice relaxing break.”

“The barn is situated on a family farm with the owner, Wendy, living in a neighbouring property. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by Wendy, a lovely welcome pack with cake, biscuits and fudge and even treats for our dog. Nothing is too much trouble and the cottage is equipped with all you could need and more. Although there were only two of us when we travelled, it is very spacious and would be ideal for a larger family with ample parking right outside and a lovely courtyard garden area.”

“This lovely little holiday let , was in a great position for Whitley Bay and other places. Maxine was so accommodating and treated us with kindness! Would we return yes! 👏🏼 The local people were warm and welcoming.”

“This apartment is tucked away on a nice quiet street, with a friendly pub half a street down. The level of cleanliness in the property was some of the best I have seen; you can clearly see that the owner cares about her business and customers! We had a lovely stay and got lots of activities done, from a boat tour in seahouses (40min drive) to see seals and dolphins, to an audio tour of warkworth castle (10min drive) and many other things along the way. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!……

“A pleasant cottage, but there is no access to back garden as 2 very large dogs were there. They also scratch / jump at the back door (in lounge) in the middle of the night! Front garden not as pretty as picture with some dog mess and dogs watching through gate. Lastly boiler is in bedroom so you can hear when it comes on. ”
