“What an excellent property we found! 12 of us stayed for mum's 65th birthday. Welcomed to the smell of mulled wine & mince pies. Nicely decorated for Christmas throughout. Fantastic, peaceful location. Clean and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. No need to take anything other than clothes, the property had everything needed. Owners were fantastic. Great communction beforehand. Would definitely return again.”

“It is listed as: Entire apartment, Sleeps 2, Popular amenities, Self-parking included, Garden, Free Wi-Fi. The term Entire apartment is missleading. The fact is it is a room in a house. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free. There is……

“Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in……

“I wish to warn others regarding this property. We booked for 1 night. Had initial message to confirm that they would send check in details closer to the time of check in but was never sent anything. They then did not respond to any requests for information regarding check in. We were unable to get access to the property when we arrived, luckily Expedia arranged alternative accommodation but it ruined our plans for the evening! Disgusting behaviour by the host. Also, the area that the house is in……
