“Only 5 units in this beautifully renovated palazzo. Great location. Very clean, good size rooms. First floor has a beautiful common area living room. Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!”

“Stunning views, fantastic location, super friendly staff made my two boys felt at home, dinner at the hotel was the best in Bergamo, outdoor breakfast was amazing, rooms were big and clean, aircon super cold even during heat wave, great location for hiking and biking, not too many rooms means not super busy which is perfect. It is right next to the tram going up so you will hear a little rumbling. Highly recommend this place. One tip if you are going, don’t follow google map to its location……

“Beautifylly maintained property in the heart of Bergamo old town. Comfortable room with all the needed amenities. Delicious breakfast and coffee. We were fortunate to chat for a bit with the host who took the time to share the history of the building and key points in the area as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!”

“God placering i “Città Alta” og nemt at komme ned til den nedre bydel. Hyggelig by med mange gode spisesteder. Hvad misset bestilling af morgenmad på B&B men der var gode muligheder i byen. Værelset var i gade niveau inde i gården. Lugt af fugt/skimmel. Udlejer prøvede at udbedre det. Expedia vendte aldrig tilbage på vores henvendelser under opholdet. Bergamo er godt placeret for at komme rundt i området (100 km afstand)”

“I booked this place because of the location. I didn't realize it didn't have AC until we checked in. Thankfully it was October so it was mild weather temps. We did leave the window open and there was a ceiling fan and an oscillating fan in the room.”

“This is very much out of the way. The car park to the front of the property feels like you are part of the conversation on the outside from inside your room. Perhaps much much better double glazing would help.
The digital access system is very useful but due to the heavy locks etc you definitely know when someone has entered or left the building. Maybe some door closures would cushion the sound.
The neighbouring property has steel ornate gates. Again perhaps some sort of rubber cushion on the……

“非常好的小型酒店，接待人员非常热心帮忙，酒店设施极好，但酒店所在市中心街道都是单行线，确实比较难找，看不到明显的招牌，那些开车前往的人需要提前详细了解，但总的来说，是一家难得的好酒店”
