“Easy check-in, only feet away from the beautiful Deerfield Beach and they have amazing rooftop pool with great views. The Property Manager, MJ, is super accommodating and a definite plus to the property! I live less than a mile away and have already stayed here 3 times in the last couple months as a great staycation spot! Rooms are very spacious, brand new appliances, full kitchens, and very clean. ”

“We had the perfect stay!! David was so communicative, beginning to end. We had a tiny, very resolvable issue with the A/C, which he had fixed within minutes. The condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. You also cannot beat this location. We enjoyed being steps from the beach, the pool (which was never crowded), walking to dinner every night, and enjoying a lot of time on the balcony. We will definitely be back. Thank you, David!! ”

“This was a fantastic property and an excellent host. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk in Deerfield Beach. The apartment was clean and had many amenities, including kitchen with lots of silverware and pots and pans, etc., as well as beach chairs and a small beach umbrella. There was a nice little balcony from which you can view the sunset. The intercoastal can be seen from the balcony. Apartment is spacious and the swimming pool is very nice. ”

“The area is beautiful. Distance to beach is seconds away and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful area to explore. Owner is accessible for any questions and easy to communicate with. ”

“O apartamento possui utensílios básicos na cozinha, mas devido ao uso de outros hóspedes, alguns precisam ser substituídos. Camas e travesseiros ótimos. Havia toalhas e cadeiras de praia. Fácil acesso à piscina e 2 vagas de garagem. Certamente voltaria. às vezes demoram um pouco para responder. poderiam usar o app do hóteis.com para comunicação. Mas não usam e não respondem, então, foi basicamente por email. de qualquer forma, o apto está conforme as fotos, bem cuidado, bem limpo e excelente……

“We have been visiting the area for over 30 years and stayed in a family property which has now been sold, so for us to stay somewhere different was a little nerve racking. We didn’t need to worry as Murat’s apartment was everything we could’ve hoped for. The location is very easy to find, very close to the i95 which is great to be able to get around. The apartment was spotless, with all you could need and more for a comfortable stay. Although only one bedroom, each room is spacious and well……

“We really enjoyed our stay. Century Village is like a resort place with lots of activities, very nice people and great weather. The place was nice. The only criticism is about utensils in the kitchen but we immediately solved it with a short visit to Walmart. The owners were very nice. I highly recommend this rental.”
