First day we arrived room was clean. The second and third day room was not cleaned nor was the bed made. There was a problem with the hot water with was brought up to the front desk and they informed us by the end of the day it would be fixed. It wasn't and staff were not worried if you took a warm shower. Im a little disappointed and don't think I could go back.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repairs as was the deck area. It would have been nice to still have access to the lounge chairs for sun bathing.

This property used to be a courtyard Marriot and I loved it there so I stayed there twice . On both occasions l had problems with the room. This time the toilet overflowed, the refrigerator didn’t work and despite changing it out 3 times it still didn’t work and so all my items had to be thrown out. I was very disappointed with the casual response from the one of the front desk manager Robert . He seemed to have grown fed up with my complaints but they were real issues! The owners should consider upgrading this property . Am still waiting on my final invoice since I check out out on Sunday.

Only one elevator was working. We had to walk with our bags all the way down the first floor corridor to get to the working elevator. Then walk all the way back down the second floor corridor to get to our room. Of course, exercize is good for you, lol.

The internet was giving them problems so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in and they expected it to continue shutting down the rest of the evening. The pool was drained.

The property was ok when you shower the water leaks on the ground and the bathroom takes forever to flush down other then that this property is pretty quite and at this time pool and jacuzzi was close I wish it said that on their website before I booked

please look for another place to stay. This hotel is not a place to come and stay not even for a days visit. I had a business trip for one day and it turns into nightmare. Please find another place. The area that is located and is very busy with a lot of traffic and cars and highways. It’s very noisy outside at night especially and there’s a lot of dogs that are barking throughout the hallways. I did not know this was dog friendly because I have allergies so it’s very hard on me. I’m sneezing all night in the room. I had to cancel my stay after one night. I had a four day stay and I only was able to stay one night.

I have stayed at this property before. The new front desk staff is horrific. They lied to me about there being signs about a renovation happening not once but twice (there were no signs), one was rude and argumentative with the worst hospitality skills I have ever seen. To the point where she was rude to me in front of her boss!!! Problems with the WiFi, the refrigerator, the toilet, signs on doors saying they were out of order when they weren't. I could go on. The ladies that made breakfast and the rest of the staff were lovely. New management, you need to take a hospitality course!!!
