House was very comfortable. Nice furniture, sofa in living room. Great views through the large windows. Kitchen and pantry well appointed - everything we needed was there and in working order. Loved the 3 suites - perfect privacy for everyone in our group. Appreciated use of garage to park vehicle. Communication from management was great. Hope to stay there again!

Great place to stay with friends. Plenty of room for relaxing and convenient. Getting the garage door to work was a challenge, but once inside it was wonderful!

Our family (parents, adult kids and spouses) had a lovely stay. The kitchen is great, the living room is very nice, the bedrooms are good, the hot tub is good, and the location near beach access at the clubhouse is great. A few small problems with the thermostat setting (we almost froze the first night) and the fireplace not lighting were not answered unfortunately. Overall I recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay. The house has amazing views! Kitchen was well equipped! Beds were very comfortable! We will book this home again !! Only issue we had was the fireplace, we had to have maintenance guy come fix it. And the Bbq grates need to be replaced.

Loved the home with such a beautiful view. Loved the decor, the kitchen was stocked with more than enough. We enjoyed our family time playing games and we loved ping pong. We had a little tournament. Walking around was beautiful and the beach was close and loved flying kites. We loved the drive to goat rock. Next time I come I will plan to golf.

The view was incredible! The house very clean. There were amenity issues that Vaca Casa accommodated us for, however the day of is never a good time to hear that your plans are changing. I would recommend VacaCasa with a caution that the day of things could change. I do believe they did all they could do to make us whole, and I truly appreciated that.

Lovely home in a nice location.

We rented this home for two weeks and the house was quite adequate for our needs of family coming and going to be with us. The beach toys, books, and indoor toys were great for the little ones, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment, the beds were very comfortable. The location of the house was great. The view beautiful. We thought we’d be able to use the tennis courts but learned that we could not. That was a disappointment as we are tennis players and had hoped to be able to play. The only downside of the house was that the carpets were quite dirty and the doors and railings were very grimy.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s birthday at this beautiful property. It was easy to access and clean upon arrival. The house has amazing views, a very quiet neighborhood, and all bedrooms and kitchen are well appointed. It was lovely to have on-suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The gas fireplace in the living room was easy to use and offered a cozy space to gather with family. My daughter really enjoyed the ping pong table. The unit is only a short walk to the beach. The beach was just beautiful and was only sparsely populated. We would love to return in the future. One note for older adults: only the master bedroom is on the main floor. The other two bedrooms are down near the garage. To get to main level you must either climb up 16 steps indoors from garage or approx 8-10 outdoor steps. There is also a 3 step down from the kitchen to the living room.

Poor communication

The house was great. Beautiful views and nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. We received very poor customer service from Vacasa. We received a call at 3:57 saying that our check in time will be delayed one hour. We were just arriving for our 4 PM check in time. More notice would have been appreciated. We had a car full of items that need to be refrigerated after the long trip. Additionally, the oven was out of service and we did not find out until we arrived at the house. We would have appreciated advanced notice so we could plan our meals accordingly as we had young kids and meals planned for oven use. They had enough time to create, laminate and post an out of order sign so they could have provided advanced notice. This was a major disappointment from Vacasa. Lastly, the hot tub did not work as it would not go above 85 and it was very visibly dirty. We notified Vacasa of these issues right away and it took them over 2 weeks to provide any appropriate solution or response. Everything was very automated and impersonal. Once we finally received an appropriate response they only gave us a $300 refund. The hot tub cleaning fee was $100 alone. I expected more from such a large and established company. This was a very poor experience with Vacasa so much so that I will not be renting through them again.
