“I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel. The staff walked me to my tent to make sure I knew where I was staying which was helpful. The layout is easy to remember and navigate. The tent is more than……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is gorgeously landscaped, well thought out, and very romantic. The arrangement of the rooms provided an atmosphere of complete privacy. And it's a smaller property. One doesn't feel lost in a crowd. We'll definitely go back.”

“The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.”
