The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality in every meal. “Good A. C. Helpful staff. All food made to order and nicely prepared. Our room was comfortable and attractive. Bathroom is typical.Indian style with bucket and cup to wash yourself. ”

“Hotel was not good. When i reached to the reception area the manager only asking about that how much i paid . And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. They don't have idea of complimentry breakfast. When i asked they said we will give you poori bhaji butblater he give fruit only. They don't have dining area. There is no telephone in room for ordering anything. Don't go on review……

“Property was average & not worth the money at all. I feel cheated by expedia. Amenities were average and staff not at all professional & unfriendly. Food quality was average . Washroom was stinking and room cleanliness was below average.”

“The check-in process was slow, taking 15-20 minutes. The room felt neglected, small, and very old. The pool was dirty and unusable. The mattress was average. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.”

“Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. ”

“Hotel diamond crest watch not too bad. Seems to be one of the newer establishments, the staffs were nice. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of their bathrooms. The bathrooms were about 1 feet higher than the room and you have to be really strong to go to the bathroom. ”
