There were flies in there and when I asked if they could do something about the flies the receptionist said when I went out they would deal with the issue. They didn't. I came back late in the evening and went to bed thinking they had dealt with the fly issue. The TV remote was filthy as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good security measures in place. Photo ID required for all guests at check-in and key card entry needed to corridor and room.
