「My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with.
The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly by the owner Kristin. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here whether short or...

「Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments.
We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards.
Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for...

「The bungalow was well appointed and clean.
However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat .
Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke.
That flat should not be on your books.」

「I needed a large house at Bognor Regis for a family reunion. This house ticked all the boxes. A clean house, spacious rooms. provided towels and toiletries and lots more. 「This was our second stay at the cottage & it fits our needs very well. We are hoping to return on a regular basis, as it’s perfect for our needs.
However, I do think there is room for improvement - spruce things up a little. The property could do with a deep clean. The surface cleaning is fine, but the taps, carpets, chairs and cushions, for example, could do with a good clean to remove stains.
- The microwave is very old, as are a lot of the utensils and it would be a good idea to replace...
