"I requested Travelio for WiFi in the room and toilet roll but no response at all. The light at the table was not blown but not replaced. No one came to do housekeeping during 3 days stay."

Far out of the way and generally clean and tidy but rundown and way overpriced compared to what else is on offer. Pool water and area were not inviting. Even the Nasi Goreng was overpriced and about as small a serve and basic as they come. I ordered the special. I canโt imagine how they come standard. "Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helperโs room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing. "
