不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
We chose to stay at BogHotel in Bogotá to celebrate our best friend’s wedding, but unfortunately our experience was far from pleasant.
The room layout is extremely uncomfortable, especially the bathroom. The toilet is placed right at the entrance, while the shower and sink are on the opposite side, completely disconnected from each other. But the biggest issue was the strong, unpleasant odor coming from a visible drain right next to the toilet. It smelled like dirty wastewater and residue, and because the toilet area has no ventilation or window access, the odor stayed trapped inside the small bedroom.
We reported the issue immediately. The front desk said they would send maintenance, but instead they sent a bellman who simply said he couldn’t smell anything. We explained the smell would come and go, but the problem was real and persistent. Nothing was fixed, and we spent two days dealing with the horrible odor.
This was a very unfortunate and uncomfortable situation during what was supposed to be a special weekend. Sadly, we will not be staying at BogHotel again
